Prof Malonga Pacifique

Prof. Pacifique Malonga is a Rwandan writer, independent journalist, and scholar dedicated to promoting Kiswahili across Africa. He serves as the Kiswahili Commissioner for Rwanda under the African Union Academy of Languages (ACALAN) and has authored several books that strengthen the role of Kiswahili in education and cultural exchange.
